Kanarraville Utah Real Estate

Kanarraville is located approximately 13 miles south of Cedar City on the east side of the freeway.    Current population 311. 

Kanarraville got its name from pioneer settlers who met a clan of Paiute Indians under the leadership of Chief Quan-ar. These Indians lived along a tributary of Ash Creek, which they called Kanarra Creek. The colonizers began using the Indian name for the stream and referred to the Paiute chief as Kanarra. Today most people refer to this small town as Kanarra.
